The City of Palm Desert can also help property owners finance qualifying projects through the innovative Energy Independence Program, a Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing program.

Legal Stuff

Program is available until December 31, 2012 or while funding last, whichever occurs earlier. This program is funded by California utility customers and administered by SCE under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission.
